Refund policy
In case of payment of advance price (Bkash/Nagad,debit / credit card)
- If there is not enough stock of the product in stock after the price has been paid in advance, then you will get back the price paid.
- If the product is not delivered within the promised time, you will be refunded the price paid. (In this case, political stalemate, natural disasters or any unforeseen circumstances will be considered as the reason for delay in delivery of goods.)
- You will receive a refund if the product is found to be damaged or out of order at the time of delivery and if today’s deal is unable to replace the product.
- If a product is delivered instead of the product you ordered, you will receive a refund if you are unable to exchange the product today.
- In case of online (debit / credit card) payment, if any amount is deducted more than the stipulated price or the price of the same product is deducted more than once due to technical error, you will get refund of the extra price paid.
- In the case of online payment, if the extra price is paid, you have to inform us within 24 hours. In this case, fashionprangon1@gmail.com is being requested to inform by mail.
- It may take a maximum of 14 (fourteen days) working days to get the price refunded.
- Refunds can be made to your bKash account / bank account as a means of refund. In case of receiving cash directly, we have to come to the designated office.
- In some cases, the buyer may have to provide a bank statement to withdraw the online payment.
In case of cash on delivery
- There is no refund in case of cash on delivery.
